Description

This course / series offers a holistic approach to healing and advancing the four bodies: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Through TikTok , Youtube, and website lessons, guided activities, and self-inquiry, participants will explore the interconnectedness of these areas while applying practical tools such as yoga, mindfulness, journaling, goal-setting, and Reiki to foster personal and professional growth.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will:

  1. Understand the interconnectedness of the four bodies and their influence on wellness.

  2. Learn and apply tools for personal and professional alignment.

  3. Develop personalized wellness goals based on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.

  4. Learn to reframe negative thought patterns to achieve mental clarity.

  5. Align their identity with spirituality to promote balanced systems.

Lesson 1 Week 1

Week 1: Physical Body  

Lesson: This week, we’re focusing on the physical body—what we consume, the products, the people and how our physical environment and upbringing impacts our well-being and physical health hygiene. It's more to it all than routine check ups, nutrition, food, hydration, and sleep! Learn the dimensions of wellness, set SMART goals, and reconnect with your body. Let's set intentional wellness goals to honor our physical vessels!

Week 2: Emotional Body

Lesson 2: Honoring the Emotional Body

This week, we explore emotional identification, validation, and regulation. Learn to balance emotions using the Wise Mind approach, connect feelings to manifestation, and release suppression. Through journaling, mindfulness, and self-inquiry, we’ll deepen awareness using the Feelings Wheel, Wise Mind Worksheet, and Mindful Senses Worksheet.
